What happens next
From enquiry to installed racking
We do not send a brochure and wait. Once facility data arrives, the engineering team runs the numbers first, so the opening conversation is about capacity and payback rather than product features.
Same day
A sales engineer confirms what has been received and asks for whatever is missing — usually clear height measured to the underside of the roof structure rather than to the ceiling line, which is the figure most often reported incorrectly and the one that decides how many tiers are possible.
One to three business days
An indicative capacity study: boxes held today at single level, boxes after two or three tiers, the additional slots created, and what those slots are worth at your own storage tariff. For many operators this stage alone settles whether a mezzanine is worth pursuing.
Site survey
Measurement of slab condition and flatness, column grid, dock positions, sprinkler and detection layout, and escape routes. For facilities outside Greater Jakarta, much of this can be done remotely first from drawings and photographs.
Quotation
Itemised by component — frames, shelving, decking, safety accessories, delivery, and installation shown separately — with a capacity statement in boxes. That structure exists so procurement can compare offers on capacity rather than on headline price, and so the figures drop straight into a capital plan.
Fabrication and installation
Three to four weeks of fabrication once drawings are approved, then installation sequenced zone by zone with your operations team. Out-of-hours work is available and is agreed at quotation stage so it is reflected in both schedule and cost.

What information do you need for a first estimate?
Floor area, clear height, current box count, and growth per year. That is usually enough for an indicative capacity figure before anyone visits the site.
Is the site survey chargeable?
Not within Greater Jakarta and surrounding areas. For facilities further afield, travel is discussed beforehand — and much can be done remotely first from drawings, photographs, and box data.
