Perkasa Racking — a manufacturer, not a reseller
Perkasa Racking is the storage systems line of PT. Tangguh Adi Perkasa, established in 2006 with its own fabrication plant in Bekasi, West Java.
Why in-house fabrication matters to you
Frames, shelves, and accessories are produced in our own plant rather than bought in and rebadged. The practical consequence is simple: the load calculation that leaves the engineering desk is the product that arrives at your facility, in the same profile and the same material thickness stated on the drawing.
Controlling production also means controlling schedule. Delivery dates are committed when the drawings are approved, not estimated against another factory’s queue — which matters when a fit-out window is fixed by a lease start date.
Track record
More than 1,600 projects installed across 34 provinces since 2006: bank vaults, government archive depots, commercial record centres, and industrial warehouses. That range means our crews are used to sites that are not ideal — uneven slabs, columns in awkward places, ceilings lower than the drawing, tight access.
How we work
We do not issue a quotation before knowing box volume, clear height, and slab condition. A quotation without that data is guesswork, and the buyer always absorbs the difference. Stated capacities are safe working loads, not the point at which the structure fails — and maximum load guidance is handed over at completion so racking is not loaded beyond its design.

A manufacturer. Frames, shelves, and accessories are produced in our own plant in Bekasi — roll forming, punching, assembly, and powder coating in one flow. The specification on the drawing is the product that ships.
What certification and testing can you provide?
ISO 9001:2015 issued by Moody International, and material test results for JIS G3101 SS400 and JIS G3131 SPHC steel from BPPT and Sucofindo.
How large a project can you handle?
Uprights are fabricated up to 13 m without a splice, and more than 1,600 projects have been delivered across 34 provinces since 2006, including full-warehouse fit-outs.
